Job summary

Lam Research is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy, availability, and stability at our Phoenix, AZ manufacturing site. This on-site role supports production readiness and overall warehouse efficiency, including cycle counts and disposal of obsolete parts.

You will operate Autostore systems, finalize SAP IDAC transactions, label materials, and safely handle dock-to-floor workflows while adhering to safety guidelines and process standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer literacy; SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment with training.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Control inventory by applying and removing system blocks accurately.
• Conduct inventory stock checks, rack audits, and cycle counts.
• Manage disposal processes for obsolete or damaged parts.
• Operate Autostore (ATS) including picking and put-away.
• Finalize IDAC transactions in SAP.
• Label products and place materials into racks by code.
• Stack pallets and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment.
• Follow work instructions and maintain warehouse safety.
