Job summary

Brooklinen is seeking a Planner to ensure the right products are in the right places at the right time. You will forecast sales, plan inventory, and partner with the Retail team, Merchandising, and Production.

This role supports both online and physical stores across our growing catalog of bedroom essentials and home goods. You’ll own category planning, run allocation cycles, and work with Marketing and eCommerce to interpret trends.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of inventory planning experience in a startup or growing business.
• 1-2 years of hands-on allocation experience in a multi-channel environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Clear communication and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
• Curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own planning for your categories; partner with Merchandising on assortments and open-to-buy forecasts.
• Maximize store performance through allocation strategy and execution; tailor product mix to locations.
• Connect planning across Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Production for SKU-level decisions.
• Turn data into action by analyzing performance, spotting risks, and sharing recommendations.
