Job summary

Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft in Mountain View, CA invites applicants for the Spring 2027 - Summer 2027 Internship in Business Administration and Finance. The hybrid role runs March 8, 2027 – September 3, 2027, with a 36.25 hour work week and pay disclosed by level.

You'll support project administration, purchasing tasks with SAP exposure, HR topics, onboarding, fleet and facility management, events, and prepare management presentations for the BMW Tech Office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours by time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with application.
• Prior BMW Group experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle assigned projects.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers on project-related purchasing tasks including SAP exposure.
• Support HR-related topics, including managing all interns at the Tech Office.
• Assist with onboarding full-time employees and interns.
• Support fleet management activities.
• Coordinate facility management with vendors and stakeholders.
• Assist with event management activities (Family Day, office lunches, etc.).
• Create and deliver management presentations on BMW Technology Office topics.
