Job summary

Trade Pacific PLLC in Washington, DC, seeks an associate attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience in international trade law. You will handle matters across antidumping, countervailing duties, customs counseling, and litigation before federal tribunals.

Ideal candidates are admitted to the DC Bar or eligible to waive in, with strong research, writing, and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in trade remedy, customs law, or a closely related field.
• Active bar membership in good standing (DC Bar or eligibility to waive in).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings.
• Counsel on customs matters and litigation before the Court of International Trade and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
• Advise clients on Section 201, 232, 301, and other trade proceedings.
