Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is hiring an Internal Auditor in Radnor, PA, offering a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and a comprehensive benefits package. The role focuses on leading financial, operational, and internal control reviews to assess design and operating effectiveness across Airgas entities.

You will test controls for IFRS compliance, work with management to strengthen processes, and participate in fraud investigations as needed, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of progressive auditing experience, with a strong external financial auditing background preferred.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, financial reporting controls and testing of key controls.
• Familiarity with IIA standards and fraud investigation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial, operational, and compliance reviews independently on a risk-based approach.
• Provide assurance on internal financial controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Audit financial records and reporting to ensure IFRS and policy compliance.
• Identify risks, test controls, and document audit findings.
• Recommend improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Follow up on management's corrective action plans.
• Maintain independence and confidentiality in audits.
• Conduct or assist with fraud investigations and special projects.
