Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Integration Technical Lead to guide enterprise integration modernization. You will architect API-led connectivity, microservices, and cloud-native patterns using MuleSoft, IIB/ACE, Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle PL/SQL.

You’ll lead onshore/offshore teams, drive DevOps adoption, and ensure secure, scalable solutions. Hybrid work model with Dallas, TX area preference; candidates with strong leadership and hands-on delivery will thrive in this role and help shape

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise application development and integration.
• Proven expertise with MuleSoft, IIB, ACE, and related integration tech.
• Strong hands-on development with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions.
• Lead RESTful APIs, SOAP services, microservices, and event-driven solutions.
• Build Java/Spring Boot apps and scalable microservices.
• Develop cloud-native and containerized integrations using AWS and Docker.
• Establish integration standards, accelerators, and best practices.
• Drive DevOps adoption with CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Lead onshore/offshore teams and provide technical direction.
• Support production releases and incident troubleshooting.
