Job summary

Industrial Color, a division of CoCreativ, seeks a full-time Integrated Creative Designer to partner with the Global Creative team. The role focuses on digital and print assets across social, e-commerce, paid media, emails, and campaigns, with an emphasis on cohesive branding and modern visuals.

You will translate campaigns into cohesive design systems, develop narratives for products, and leverage generative AI to streamline production while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, composition, visual storytelling and campaign work across digital and print.
• Experience with generative AI and image-generation tools in a professional workflow.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design assets for social media, e-commerce, paid media, email and brand websites.
• Contribute to print and physical materials including direct mail and event collateral.
• Translate global concepts into integrated, channel-specific creative.
• Develop visual narratives communicating product benefits and brand messaging.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography and GIFs.
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms and formats.
• Use AI tools to support concept development and production.
• Review assets and provide feedback to maintain quality.
