Comparion Insurance Agency in North Carolina is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent for our Huntersville or Mooresville office. This outside sales role rewards self-motivation and relationship-building as you help clients protect auto, home, life, and specialty insurance.

No prior insurance experience is required, but you must obtain P&C and Life licenses prior to employment. You’ll build a book of business through referrals, earn uncapped commissions, and receive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities
