Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a hands-on Member of Technical Staff, Infrastructure Security, to design and operate security controls for our global infrastructure. You will own identity and access security, endpoint protection, and cloud governance while collaborating with IT, Security, and Engineering.

This role emphasizes practical implementation, automation, and ongoing risk management. A hybrid SF Bay Area position requires three days in the office and remote collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate/security engineering or enterprise security.
• Hands-on experience configuring and operating security systems.
• Experience in high-growth technology environments is preferred.
• Proficient in scripting/automation and API integrations.
• Strong ability to identify, prioritize, and remediate risks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM and access controls across Entra ID and apps.
• Configure SSO/SAML, SCIM, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC with least-privilege principles.
• Own endpoint security controls with Intune/MDM and EDR across devices.
• Secure SaaS applications, manage permissions, provisioning, and reviews.
• Build security automation scripts and monitor detection capabilities.
• Lead security initiatives from design to ongoing operations and incident response.
