Tokyo Electron Limited in the United States is seeking an Import/Export Analyst II for a 12-month full-time contract. The role supports compliance with US Customs and export control regulations and operates in a hybrid model with three days on site weekly across our nationwide offices. You’ll screen exports, verify classifications, coordinate with engineering and materials, audit entries, and maintain records, ensuring regulatory adherence and process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to analyze import/export data and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with HTS and ECCN classifications and export controls.
• Working knowledge of US Customs import regulations.

Mansioni

• Screen export orders against restricted/denied party lists.
• Coordinate with engineering and materials teams to verify classifications.
• Ensure correct HTS and ECCN classifications for shipments.
• Support and improve internal import/export compliance controls and procedures.
• Audit import entries for valuation, HTS, and country of origin.
• Maintain records for import and export transactions.
