Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and related documents.
• Conduct legal research on immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide status updates.
• Organize and maintain case files and track deadlines.
• Monitor changes in immigration laws and update internal processes.
• Prepare exhibits, forms, and evidence packets for submission.
