Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS configuration updates, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, and coordinate upgrades and UAT.
• Develop and maintain HR reporting and analytics on key people metrics.
• Support compliance requirements and deliver insights for data-driven HR decisions.
• Serve as first line of support for HRIS users, offering training, job aids, and SOPs.
• Maintain data governance and security, oversee access controls, and support audits.
• Assist People Operations with other system/process/data needs.
