Privia Health, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support Care Centers across the employee lifecycle. The role blends in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays with remote work on other days, requiring strong policy interpretation, onboarding, HRIS management, benefits coordination, and timely employee relations guidance.

You will partner with Care Center leaders to administer HR programs, prepare routine reports, ensure compliance, and drive engagement across

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple Care Centers/locations.
• Experience with onboarding, HRIS, benefits, leaves, reporting, and performance support.
• Experience supporting healthcare facilities or multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance guidelines.
• Willingness to travel to Care Centers as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR support to Care Center leaders and staff.
• Interpret HR policies; escalate complex issues to HR Director.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate routine reports.
• Support benefits programs and Open Enrollment coordination.
• Prepare weekly, monthly HR reports; maintain confidentiality.
