The role requires a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience, 4+ years in HR, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience as Generalist or HRBP.
  • Proven track record in employee relations and investigations, incl. terminations.
  • Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of state and federal laws; ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and SME on HR matters for Leaders across the organization.
  • Manage a client group with HR support and partnership with centers of excellence.
  • Oversee onboarding improvements to ensure welcoming experiences and manager engagement.
  • Support Recruiting during peak season and handle employee departures accurately.
  • Conduct HR trainings and unemployment insurance processes as needed.
  • Lead HR initiatives such as audits, handbook updates, performance reviews and engagement surveys.
