Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) is seeking a Housing Stability Manager to lead the Resident Services team, focusing on Senior Services, Disability Services, and Housing Stabilization. This hybrid role manages staff, develops guidelines, coaches employees, and represents HOC in partner engagements.

Qualifications

• At least ten years in Social Work, Social Services or related field with 5+ years in supervision.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Experience with subsidized housing programs preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Community Engagement team and supervise staff.
• Co-develop program guidelines, procedures, and policies for staff.
• Coach and mentor team members to grow their skills and ensure training.
• Represent HOC at meetings, events and partner engagements.
