Talent Solution Partners is seeking an experienced Healthcare Financial Revenue Analyst in the Houston area. You will lead net patient revenue analysis, contractual allowances, and accounts receivable, while mentoring junior staff.

Strong knowledge of Kodiak Solutions and the healthcare revenue cycle is required. The role focuses on closing processes, strategic data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration with finance leaders.

Qualifications

7+ years in healthcare Revenue Operations, including Net Revenue.
5+ years hands-on experience with Kodiak Solutions (Crowe Revenue Cycle Analytics).
Hybrid role; must reside in the Houston, TX metro area with onsite needs.

Responsabilités

Drive the monthly close process, develop trend models, and analyze rate variances.
Provide strategic analysis of complex financial data to inform management decisions.
Collaborate with finance executives and cross-functional teams on projects and software implementations.
Prepare essential schedules for external auditors and contract performance reports.
Serve as a subject matter expert and preceptor for the net revenue team.
