Job summary

Qualifications

• Nine years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree plus five years in healthcare reimbursement.
• Advanced knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal and third-party payer regulations.
• Strong data management, financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of government reimbursement for Medicare, Medi-Cal, HCAI and related programs.
• Prepare monthly AR valuation and net revenue impact analyses.
• Prepare audit responses for Medicare, Medi-Cal, OIG and external/internal reviews.
• Monitor state and federal regulatory proposals affecting healthcare payment policies.
