Job summary

Providence is seeking a Communications Specialist to join our Marcom team in a hybrid role. The position focuses on coordinating organization-wide communications, including weekly updates for leaders and caregivers, and quarterly newsletters for rural caregivers.

The role supports external outreach efforts and ensures consistent, clear messaging across the organization. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience are preferred, with healthcare experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years demonstrated experience in supporting broad-based and successful communication teams and programs.

Responsibilities

• Support organization-wide communications initiatives and programs.
• Oversee weekly communications for leaders and caregivers and develop quarterly newsletters for rural caregivers.
• Provide communications support for external outreach efforts including patient and business development newsletters.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field or equivalent experience
