Job summary

Orange County Health Psychologists seeks an experienced Clinical Psychologist with an active California PsyD or PhD license to join our thriving group practice with offices in Irvine, Huntington Beach, Orange, and San Francisco. This is a hybrid work model opportunity, requiring work from one of our 4 office locations at least one day per week.

Full-time or part-time candidates are welcome. Our compensation plan includes a range of $125,000–$128,000 annually for a minimum of 25 patient sessions

Qualifications

• Must hold California licensure as a clinical psychologist.
• Doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program in clinical or counseling psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience (including pre-doctoral internships).
• Commitment to see a minimum of 15 patients per week and no other private practice commitments.
• Hybrid work model requiring at least one day per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical psychology services in a group practice setting.
• Maintain a patient load of at least 15 per week under a hybrid schedule.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as needed.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture with a focus on ethical patient care.
