Qualifications

• Advanced degree MBA/MPH/MHA preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years in health care with large-scale projects.
• Strong change management and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency with technology and AI for workflow efficiency.
• Knowledge of PM frameworks (PMI, SDLC).
• Experience leading end-to-end projects from funding to implementation.
• Knowledge of health equity principles and strategy alignment.
• Ability to lead collaboratively and build consensus.
• Executive communication and data-driven judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, system-wide health equity programs.
• Develop project schedules, track milestones, manage dependencies.
• Coordinate Health Equity Council and workgroups.
• Translate strategy into actionable workplans; track progress.
• Support data reporting, accreditation submissions, and funder reports.
• Provide leadership and build cross-department relationships.
