• A portfolio demonstrating design principles, typography, and a clear eye for visuals.
• Ability to take constructive feedback from the team and apply it.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience preparing files for print and digital media.
• Excellent organization to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI design tools and exploring their use in workflows.
• Reliability and professional approach to deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong interest in sports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorms and originate new ideas while building on existing concepts.
• Takes strategic insights and expands upon them with multiple angles and iterations.
• Create design solutions for print and digital that align with brand standards.
• Observe and participate in internal creative reviews and client presentations when applicable.
• Collaborate with the Fast Horse team to maintain high quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare production-ready files and assets for web and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with social media to craft engaging content for our channels.
• Refine and finalize decks, production files, and other assets.
