Job summary

You will collaborate with category leadership, manage supplier relationships, and lead cost analyses to meet targets while upholding FMC’s integrity, safety and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international experience in sourcing, procurement, or related roles in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (Portuguese/Spanish) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to identify savings opportunities and optimize costs.
• Ability to prioritize, self-direct, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and finance.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and ethical professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of subcategory strategies with category leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct cost analyses with finance to identify savings against targets.
• Identify, contract, and manage strategic relationships for operations and capex.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and manufacturing tech teams to drive sourcing initiatives.
• Develop and execute subcategory sourcing strategies (RFI, RFP, RFQ, scorecards, bid analysis).
• Negotiate supplier contracts using FMC templates and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence within FMC’s Global Procurement Group.
