Job summary

Matrix Research, Inc. is seeking an Applied R&D GEOINT Engineer in Dayton, Ohio to develop advanced methods for processing and analyzing active and passive sensor data for geospatial intelligence. You will prototype algorithms and expand analytical tools used by the team in practical GEOINT capabilities.

The role requires a STEM degree with five years of experience, strong math and software development skills, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to maintain a DoD TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a STEM field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• U.S. citizenship and a current DoD TS security clearance.
• Proficiency in Python; willingness to learn C, C++, Julia, and MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research and development in GEOINT data processing, modeling, and analysis.
• Prototype and develop tools and software to optimize GEOINT data analysis.
• Expand analytical tools and capabilities for practical GEOINT applications.
