Sedgwick is seeking a Client Litigation Manager for General Liability in Eden Prairie, MN. The role involves managing high-exposure premises, tendering and product liability cases, with a strategy-led approach to resolutions. Hybrid work arrangement combines 2 days in office with 3 days remote work.

You will coordinate with clients, manage media-related aspects, and drive early resolutions while guiding a team through complex claims and settlements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with client(s); keeps client(s) informed of anticipated exposure.
• Handles public relations as it may relate to media interest in specific cases.
• Reviews/acts on reports/forms; responds to inquiries; seeks legal opinion and early resolution; communicates resolution to appropriate parties; concentrates on high exposure claims ($300,000+) and sensitive matters.
• Responds to decisions, agreement, or court orders; creates action plan; determines need for examination; gains client authorization.
• Identifies cases for settlements/redemptions and coordinates with client designees.
• Requests legal/private investigation; coordinates with local counsel; monitors local counsel performance.
• Attends mediations or hearings as needed; works with partners to affect early return-to-work.
