You will monitor risks, analyze patterns of abuse, reproduce exploits, and deliver timely reports to game teams while staying current with security trends and tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in investigation or analysis.
• Game industry or game-playing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Security certifications can substitute for education or work experience.
• Knowledge of anti-cheat or anti-fraud tools and concepts.
• Knowledge of runtime analysis, debugging, and security testing practices.
• Knowledge of reverse engineering concepts.
• Experience analyzing abnormal activity using data, logs, and reports.
• Experience with log analysis tools like Splunk SPL or SQL.
• Hands-on experience monitoring security activity.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in gaming.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python).
• Experience using AI tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and analyze risks and exploitation paths within games.
• Analyze data to identify abuse patterns and predict cheating trends.
• Research and reproduce exploits; deliver reports to game teams.
• Process admin actions for mass suspensions/unblocks from investigations.
• Research security improvements and provide management recommendations.
• Stay current with technology trends, security standards, and AI tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
