Job summary

IBSS in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Fundraising Non-Profit Development Coordinator to support HR and fundraising activities. You will manage donor relations, assist with onboarding, and help coordinate campaigns and events.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and HR fundamentals, with a hybrid work schedule (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) and an hourly pay of $18–$20.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual fundraising campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
• Research prospective donors, corporate sponsors, grant opportunities, and partnerships.
• Support donor cultivation and stewardship through communications and acknowledgments.
• Prepare sponsorship packages, fundraising materials, and donor presentations.
• Coordinate fundraising events including venue, vendors, volunteers, and registrations.
• Maintain donor databases and record donations and metrics.
• Assist with grant research and supporting documentation for proposals.
• Support marketing via email campaigns, newsletters, and social media.
• Build relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, board members, and community organizations.
