Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and briefs; coordinating digital and direct mail production; QA across emails, lists, and mailings; and ensuring excellent client service with cross-functional

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience across professional roles or internships.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook/Excel) and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple clients with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and attend meetings; assist with meeting materials and share notes with internal team.
• Coordinate strategy and campaign execution for digital and direct mail campaigns with timelines and budgets.
• Translate strategy briefs into creative instructions and production specs.
• Traffic copy, data and art; coordinate kick-off meetings and approvals.
• Manage production of digital campaigns; track schedules and provide QA.
• Support email campaigns: setup, testing, UX review, deployment and monitoring.
• Support eCRM list management and fundraising campaigns.
• Coordinate direct mail campaign production; track schedules and QA proofs.
