Minnesota Women’s Care is seeking a passionate Functional Medicine Physician to join our integrated clinical team in a private, patient-focused practice. You’ll work with health coaches, specialists, and physicians to deliver comprehensive, personalized care across four clinical days per week plus one admin day, with remote or hybrid options based on comfort and experience.

You’ll lead assessments, design evidence-based plans, and educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness.

Competenze

• Medical Provider (Physician or NP/PA) required.
• Board certification in Functional Medicine or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of functional medicine principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to staying current with the latest research and advancements.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care; integrative/holistic experience is valued.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical history, lifestyle factors, psychosocial considerations, and environmental exposures.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using integrative modalities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in functional and integrative medicine through ongoing education.
• Educate and empower patients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and lifestyle factors.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and timely documentation.
