Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking an Associate Software Development Engineer - Java for the Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL area in a hybrid model (4 days onsite). The SDE-I will contribute to building defect-free code modules for Enterprise Architecture Release, implementation and management phases while collaborating with global teams.

You will work in an agile environment, deliver sprint outcomes, define acceptance criteria, and help shape system architecture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience building large scale, distributed applications.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language with strong Java focus.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Ability to write secure, scalable, high-performance code.
