Job summary

Minerva Intelligence, Inc. is seeking a hybrid full-stack developer to build AI-powered accounting tools. You’ll work across our web app, internal tooling, and data pipelines while engaging directly with US-based accounting firms.

You’ll collaborate with the founders, ship features, and own projects from day one, with 4+ hours overlap with US time zones. Experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and Postgres is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience with React/Next.js stack.
• Strong communication in English for calls with US teams.
• Able to work with non-technical accounting professionals.
• Based in LATAM or India with 4+ hours daily overlap with US Pacific time.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development across web app, tooling, and data pipelines.
• Integrations with accounting and payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP).
• Develop AI/LLM features that support accounting tasks.
• Build dashboards and reporting used by accountants.
