Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Puerto Rico is seeking a User Interface / Front End Engineer (Finance) to design, build and maintain cloud-native UI solutions. This hybrid role requires you to work ~2 days per week from an HPE office and collaborate with globally distributed teams on enterprise-grade security management platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of UI development experience, strong React or Angular skills, and hands-on experience with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software development experience focused on UI cloud applications.
• Designing, developing and deploying cloud-native UI solutions.
• Strong front-end skills with ReactJS/Angular/TypeScript/HTML/CSS3.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and microservices.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and responsive design.
• Fluent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead multiple UI modules from design to deployment.
• Develop organization-wide UI architectures and methodologies across platforms.
• Evaluate emerging UI technologies and update architecture accordingly.
• Review UX designs for standards compliance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate across distributed teams and mentor engineers.
• Ensure high-quality software through testing, automation and documentation.
