Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a talented Front-End Developer in Greenville, SC to build intuitive web applications aligned with customer needs. You will work with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to deliver holistic user experiences while adhering to modern frontend practices.

The role requires a DoD security clearance, 5+ years in software engineering with front-end frameworks, and a degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Current Secret level DoD security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required.
• 5+ years in software engineering and modern front-end frameworks (Vue, React, Angular) with a related degree; or 9 years experience with HS.
• Experience with the agile software lifecycle.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Git, Nexus, and Maven.
• Comfortable using a Linux command line; able to learn quickly and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications.
• Code JavaScript, CSS, and HTML and perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to craft holistic user experiences.
• Define and interact with REST-based APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support to customers.
• Write unit tests and conduct QA testing.
• Other duties as assigned.
