Qualifications

• 4+ years of related Sourcing, Negotiating, Category, & vendor management experience (preferred).
• Proven financial acumen (P&L management) and understanding of commodity markets.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing others without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute robust ways of working among Fresh Category, Suppliers, and Fresh Sourcing.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to communicate key sourcing metrics.
• Drive data-rich discovery and develop playbooks for planned Sourcing events.
