Job summary

Applegreen US seeks a Finance Analyst to join the US FP&A team in Glen Rock, NJ. You will provide reporting, planning, forecasting, and analytical support to the Commercial Operations, IT, and Facilities teams.

This role partners with Finance and Operations across US, UK, and Ireland and requires strong technical and communication skills. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years FP&A experience, advanced Excel, Power BI, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• BSBA degree required or related finance degree.
• 2–3 years FP&A experience in a financial analyst role or similar in Retail/Wholesale or QSR is a plus.
• Advanced skills in developing complex financial models.
• Strong analytical abilities to interrogate data and systems.
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI, SmartView and Oracle EPM.
• Ability to create clear PowerPoint presentations for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budget preparation and forecasts with variance analysis.
• Distil budgets down to site/brand data with seasonality and growth trends.
• Prepare complex financial models for projects.
• Develop visuals and presentations for leadership insights.
• Lead monthly expense reporting and variance analysis.
