Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two+ years of commercial driving experience.
• Two+ years of experience operating a Top-Pick or similar container-handling equipment.
• Experience transporting shipping containers or operating within manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or intermodal environments.
• Experience using inventory systems or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of basic preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate Top-Pick container handler to lift, move, stack, stage, load, and unload shipping containers.
• Safely drive a commercial truck to transport containers, materials, equipment, and finished products between company sites.
• Perform DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; connect, disconnect, and inspect trailers and loads.
• Coordinate with production, materials, shipping, and receiving teams to support timely material flow.
• Maintain safe loading practices and comply with safety policies and DOT requirements.
