Job summary

The University of Southern California (USC) Keck School of Medicine seeks a Clinical Administrator to oversee the General Internal Medicine and Allergy-Immunology Division, with responsibility for clinical, administrative, financial, educational, and research operations across multiple practice sites in the Keck Medicine network.

This exempt, hybrid-flex role requires leadership, multi-tasking, and the ability to manage a roughly $10M annual revenue, hire and supervise staff, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education.
• 3 years of experience
• Master’s degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in academic healthcare administration
• Management of large, multi-faceted or specialized medical school environments with thorough knowledge of medical practice plan administration and financial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee clinical, administrative, financial, educational, and research operations for a large division with multiple practice locations.
• Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff within the division.
• Provide administrative oversight for programmatic, educational, and research activities.
• Oversee approximately $10M in annual revenue and collaborate with department leadership and hospital partners.
• Act as a liaison for the division and department, supporting residency programs and academic medical center operations.
