Job summary

AssetMark seeks a Sales Consultant to partner with senior sales members, drive product sales, and support growth for independent financial planners. You will build strong relationships with Investment Advisors, identify opportunities, and manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.

The role offers a base salary range of $57,000–$63,000 with an annual incentive target up to $45,000, and a hybrid schedule near Phoenix, AZ. FINRA licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance field.
• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Active FINRA licenses: Series 6, 63, and 65 and/or Series 7 and 66 are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify advisor objectives, circumstances, and needs to evaluate potential solutions.
• Educate, influence, and persuade advisors on platform benefits based on their needs.
• Proactively communicate with advisors to uncover additional needs and opportunities.
