Qualifications

• Four years of experience in a finance, accounting, procurement, or vendor operations role with a focus on transactional processing.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of accruals and ability to explain and apply the differences between accrued, invoiced, and paid, aligning month-end positions.
• Solid understanding of OpEx versus CapEx treatment and when to capitalize versus expense and when to involve Accounting.
• Strong cashflow literacy and understanding of timing between contract execution, upfront payment, delivery, invoicing, and cash outflow; awareness of PO terms.
• Proficiency with financial management systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Office/Google Suite with advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
• Solid grasp of fundamental accounting (AP/AR, GL) and PO-to-Pay workflows.
• Ability to work with large datasets and in ambiguous environments; high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and data-quality discipline.
• Experience applying AI tooling in finance contexts with judgment on trusted outputs.
• Track record of identifying inefficiencies and driving concrete improvements.
