Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Three or more years of financial-advisory, wealth-management, financial-planning, or closely related client-facing experience.
• Series 65 required at hire or within the period permitted by the firm and applicable law.
• CFP certification or progress toward CFP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver goals-based financial advice aligned with client objectives, resources, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
• Advise on investment strategy, retirement income, tax-aware planning, insurance, estate coordination, liquidity, and related decisions.
• Lead client meetings and clearly communicate recommendations, including tradeoffs and implementation priorities.
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, professional networks, prospect meetings, and firm-supported business-development activity.
• Coordinate with investment, planning, operations, compliance, insurance, and outside professional resources when specialized expertise is needed.
• Maintain complete client records and adhere to regulatory, privacy, and firm requirements.
