The Financial Advisor – Hybrid/ Remote (Servicing & Growth) spends about 50–60% of time delivering comprehensive financial planning and managing ongoing client relationships, while the rest focuses on developing and closing new client relationships through referrals and community engagement.

Qualifications

• CFP designation encouraged; opportunity to obtain CFP with courses and exam paid by the firm.
• Series 65 license (or Series 7/66) required if CFP not held at hire.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, advisory services, or related roles.
• Military equivalent job experience accepted.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance client servicing and business development responsibilities.
• Client relationship management and consultative advising.
• Business development and referral-based growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
• Target Total Cash Range: $80,000 – $110,000

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing client meetings and deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment recommendations
• Serve as the primary advisor for assigned Public Safety Division clients
• Manage and deepen existing client relationships through proactive engagement
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, community involvement, and targeted prospecting
• Conduct preliminary meetings with prospective clients and close new relationships as appropriate
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients and transition servicing responsibilities when needed
• Partner with other Advisors and Client Service teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests
• Monitor opportunities across client portfolios and prospect pipelines
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships
• Support marketing, outreach, and community engagement efforts aligned with the Public Safety Division
