The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining Finance policies, and enhancing governance practices. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years' experience in governance activities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. This position offers a salary range of $120K - $160K plus variable compensation and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting governance activities in a corporate finance environment.
• Basic understanding of Finance processes and internal controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the Finance governance framework.
• Draft, review, and update Finance policies and documentation.
• Promote consistent governance practices across Finance teams.
• Assist Finance in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
