Job summary

Providence is seeking a Director of Finance to provide strategic and operational financial leadership within Clinical Shared Services. The role leads decision support, FP&A, capital budgeting, and budgeting, translating data into insights to drive performance and long-term strategy.

Responsibilities include monitoring results, variance analyses, dashboards, and collaborating with Revenue Cycle, AP, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 8+ years in a leadership role or capacity.
• 10+ years closely related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership for Clinical Shared Services and partner with operational, clinical, and senior leaders.
• Lead key finance functions: decision support, FP&A, capital budgeting, and budgeting.
• Monitor financial results, review statements, perform variance analyses and forecasts.
• Oversee revenue cycle management and collaboration with related service teams to improve performance.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Certified Public Accountant

HFMA or FACHE
