The role emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication, and collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality service.

The position operates within a Hybrid model in the Tri-State area (Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania), with in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in claims research, enrollment, customer service, or a related healthcare operations function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to analyze information.

Responsibilities

• Research, investigate, and resolve daily inquiries accurately and within established department guidelines.
• Monitor inquiries from receipt through resolution with timely followup and documentation.
• Provide regular status updates on outstanding tasks via email, meetings, and client meetings.
• Escalate issues to leadership to support timely client or partner communication.
• Collaborate with senior staff and cross-functional partners to coordinate issue resolution.
