Job summary

Momentum Life Sciences seeks a trained RN or NP to educate patients and healthcare professionals on an oral therapy for narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia. This hybrid field/virtual role builds ongoing relationships to empower patients during their healthcare journey.

You will train on approved curriculum to patients, caregivers, and office staff, explain product education, and collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing with a minimum of 3 years of patient education experience
• Experience working for (or contracting with) a pharmaceutical company

Responsibilities

• Train patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and office staff on pre-approved curriculum
• Educate patients to stay on prescribed therapy and engage in ongoing support programs
• Explain and provide education related to the prescribed product and resources
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and staff to identify educational opportunities
• Collaborate with client field teams to identify education opportunities within accounts
• Educate healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes using approved materials
• Advise on industry insights to advance curriculum or program design
• Ensure compliance with VMS, client, and industry regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
