Responsabilidades

• Manage scheduling for court dates, mediations, and client meetings.
• Open and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Prepare and draft family law documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery processes and maintain case summaries.
• File legal documents with courts and coordinate service of process.
• Communicate with clients professionally and empathetically.
