Modern Family Law is growing and seeks a hybrid Family Law Associate Attorney to launch and grow our new Atlanta office. You will handle divorce, custody, and support matters, communicate directly with clients, and draft filings.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of Family Law experience preferred.
• Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law cases (divorce, custody, support).
• Direct client communications and drafting legal documents.
• Manage depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate with the team.
