Electronic Arts Inc. in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a designer to solve complex problems and build experiences that delight players within Madden Ultimate Team. You will balance creative design with content scheduling and business goals within technical limitations.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create design themes, prioritize work, and develop art content that resonates with fans of American football and live-service games.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in design, marketing, or related studies.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
• Understanding of composition, grid, colour theory, typography, and layout design.
• Comfortable presenting cohesive design approaches and iterating based on feedback.
• Ability to prioritise and manage time to meet content scheduling requirements.

Responsabilités

• Design brand and simple graphic design systems and elements for Madden Ultimate Team.
• Collaborate and cooperate with a team to create a multitude of design themes for programmes that reflect the game.
• Work with a cross-disciplinary team and partner with different groups to set priorities and develop design solutions to meet business goals within technical limitations.
• Understand the American football audience and how it works with games as a service/live service model.
• Apply knowledge of the American football audience and live service model in the development of art content.
