Job summary

Mizuho is seeking a Futures Exchange Fee Reconciliation specialist in Chicago, Illinois. You will maintain exchange fee setups in GMI, conduct monthly reconciliations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The position requires operational knowledge of futures exchange fees, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The salary ranges from $85,000 to $150,000, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive operational knowledge of futures exchange fee structures.
• Strong understanding of exchange memberships, BPS, and GMI.
• Proficient in Excel and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exchange fee setups in GMI.
• Conduct monthly fee reconciliation for various exchanges.
• Communicate fee adjustments to clients after reconciliation.
• Research and resolve unreconciled items.
• Provide documentation supporting changes to fee schedules.
• Assist in developing standards and internal controls for reconciliation.
