Job summary

National Information Solutions Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Database Conversion (ETL) Programmer to deliver high quality data conversions for utility and broadband Member projects.

You will design, execute, and validate complex data conversions using Oracle, SQL/PL-SQL, ETL tools like Pentaho Data Integration, in a Unix/Linux and Microsoft-Tools environment, with a clear growth path. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at Mandan, ND or Lake St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer/IT or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle or similar).
• Experience with ETL processes and data conversions.
• Familiarity with Pentaho Data Integration (PDI).
• Comfort with Unix/Linux environments and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform data conversion design and implementation for Member projects.
• Execute data conversions and validate results with stakeholders.
• Identify and fix data issues; recommend improvements.
• Adhere to established conversion methodologies and guidelines.
• Provide data analysis and mapping to support conversions.
• Communicate progress with project teams and document results.
