Job summary

Seeds Renewables in Boston, MA is looking for a Managing Consultant to lead complex environmental projects in the Liability Portfolio Management & Remediation team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in site investigation and remediation, possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Geology, and have strong project management skills. Responsibilities include leading projects, mentoring staff, and ensuring project compliance with environmental regulations. The salary ranges from $95,682 to $124,245 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in site investigation and remediation.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license desired.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile projects under CERCLA and RCRA regulations.
• Manage complex site investigations and risk assessments.
• Design and implement remediation strategies using both traditional and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior staff and foster client relationships.
